A family from the Lower Mainland is now heartbroken, as the mother of two teenagers was excited to take her daughters to one of the most relevant shows of December 2024 in Vancouver.
The mother claims the tickets were in her account this whole time. However, she decided to check her tickets last Sunday, and suddenly they were gone. A hacker got into her account and stole the tickets within seconds.
After making several calls to Ticketmaster customer service and receiving zero help, the mother spoke about her issue on a local radio station. After the show ended, many listeners were outraged. Later on, she finally received help from the TicketMaster Team and got the tickets back to her account.
